Dr Aneka Khaira

Dr Aneka since graduating at the University of Birmingham has focused in Orthodontics, Veneers and Facial Aesthetics. Dr Aneka has been awarded ‘Best Young Dentist’ at the Private Dentistry Awards 2018.  Aneka was also shortlisted at the 2019 Aesthetic Dentistry Awards for both Fixed Orthodontic and Full Facial categories. Aneka continues to take further studies seriously to give her the latest dental knowledge and enable her to design the smiles her patients have dreamed of.

‘Dentistry is a passion and I feel privileged to be able to give smiles back and restore a patient’s confidence and trust in a dentist. Oral health is pivotal to one’s general health and wellbeing and to be able to enhance aesthetics is a bonus!’  

This led her to her special interest in adult orthodontics, and she is currently attaining a Master’s Degree from the University of Warwick. Aneka through her studies and experience can offer a range of different teeth straightening choices, from Damon braces through to removable aligner systems such as Invisalign®. Aneka has also attended International courses to perfect her skills in the Damon system. The Damon system specifically enables improvements in facial aesthetics and provides excellent aesthetics and mostly avoiding teeth being removed.

Dr Aneka likes to get to know her patients first. Dr Aneka believes in the ‘smile journey’ and likes to ensure the patient is part of this every step of the way. By building up an established rapport with her patients, the best treatment outcomes are delivered.  Dr Aneka understands that every patient, smile and journey is different and provides bespoke dentistry.

Aneka understands that often dentistry can be nerve-racking for some, hence creates an informal and friendly environment. Dr Aneka is trained in sedation and particularly enjoys treating nervous patients in order to show them that dentistry can be pain-free.

As well as orthodontics and other dental treatments, Dr Aneka is also able to use the latest aesthetics techniques to provide advanced full facial aesthetic treatments which includes botox and fillers. Dr Aneka uses the latest technology and the highest quality products to compliment her eye for detail in order to achieve aesthetic perfection for her patients. Dr Aneka has the core facial anatomical knowledge necessary to provide safe and reliable treatments for most delicate parts of the face.

Dr Aneka is also a member of the British Dental Association and the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
